Sounds and letters

Good news first: Slovenian is written almost exactly as it is spoken. Once you know what each letter sounds like, you can read any word aloud, even one you've never seen.

In this lesson you'll learn the alphabet, the three letters with a little hook on top (č, š, ž), and a couple of sounds that surprise English speakers.
