Diminutives

Diminutives make something small, or sound cute and friendly. The most common endings:
| Gender | Ending | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| feminine | -ica | hiša → hišica, miza → mizica, žemlja → žemljica |
| masculine | -ek, -ček | stol → stolček, rogelj → rogljiček |
| neuter | -ce, -ece | okno → okence, mesto → mestece |
