Most of what you need at reception fits a few patterns:

| za eno noč / za dve noči | for one night / for two nights |
| Koliko stane? | How much is it? |
| Je zajtrk vključen? | Is breakfast included? |
| Vzamem jo. / Vzamem ga. | I'll take it. (feminine / masculine) |
| Kje je dvigalo? | Where is the lift? |
